For years, I’ve worked with people who had big ideas - but didn’t always pair them with strong execution. That experience taught me a lot: how to lead with logic, act with integrity, and most importantly, how to build something that actually works. I’ve always been the person who volunteers for extra tasks - not for the spotlight, but to understand how all the moving parts come together.
Now I’m taking all that experience and channeling it into LMB Ventures. My mission? Helping you building your business into a well-oiled machine. This venture was formed from seeing friends with small businesses and nonprofits navigate the business world without the resources to invest in full-time staff to help with some of their most niche needs.
Services offered can be one-time, contract, or fractional - needs vary throughout your business lifecycle but I want to help regardless of that state.

In a nutshell, I am a dedicated and motivated professional who asks a lot of questions and thrives on finding solutions. Over the years, I have obtained one Bachelor’s Degree in English and another in Criminal Justice, as well as a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. In college, I began a 6 year climb up the corporate ladder of Barnes & Noble. Since then, I have worked on a bond trading floor, honed my solution seeking skills at two fintech companies, headed up a nonprofit (and been on several boards), and ran a successful property management company.
For almost two decades, I have sought answers to the many problems that businesses large and small face on a daily basis. Success fuels me. Sometimes that looks like the perfect product. Sometimes it’s a messy process with a surprise ending - and a ton of learning along the way. Understanding all angles of a problem helps me contribute to smarter, more effective solutions. I collaborate, iterate, and refine with efficiency and care, because everyone’s time is valuable and there are always more problems waiting to be solved. I’m a passionate knowledge seeker who finds great delight in the minutia that many typically overlook. Taking the scattered pieces from a half-built pile or from the things that have yet to be put together and building a well-oiled machine is what I live for.
In creating LMB Ventures, my goal is to help you make your business the best that it can be. From startup to growth to refining existing processes, I will work to streamline your business operations and finances so that you can focus on the end-game - your product and clients.
On a personal level, I am a self-proclaimed SoMa-ite and Downtowner to the core. My wife and I built our home in the downtown Little Rock neighborhood of SoMa in 2018 and have loved being part of downtown nonprofit organizations like SoMa 501, the Arkansas Cornbread Festival, The Studio Theatre, and MetroGnomeLR. In my spare time, I love hanging out with my dearest friends at downtown restaurants, petting cats, and partaking all the fun activities Little Rock has to offer!
